This residency of Hanane El Farissi is part of the project travelling narratives, a regional program of art and research that aims at encouraging interactions between cultural agents in Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, Mauritania and Libya.

Specifically focused on the historical buildings of Rabat and Salé and the stories they enclose, this residency is an important opportunity for the artist to introduce the research that she will carry out and develop afterwards during her residency in Cairo.

Travelling narratives is supported by AFAC – The Arab Fund for Arts and Culture, the Goethe-Institut Marokko, the Institut Français du Maroc and the Ministry of Culture and Communication in Morocco.
