For the 10th edition of the Nuit des Galeries, Le Cube is pleased to invite you to discover or rediscover the first edition of Noss Noss, a project that consists of a cycle of exhibitions that tackle different problematics.

For this project, Katrin Ströbel invited Moroccan and German artists to ponder upon questions related to the city through two distinct and yet, complementary axes: on the one hand the reminiscences of history that haunt our cities, (colonial buildings, scars of wars, …) and on the other hand, the current transformations imposed by global capitalism which transforms these spaces (gentrification, new projects of investment, …). Through their proposition, the invited artists consider the city as a space of representation and action.

Each exhibition of the cycle Noss Noss will be followed by a series of conferences, roundtables, and meetings with the artists in order to nurture their research and scientific statement.
